DESIGN

Roof Pitch is an important consideration when designing a system:

Your Solar arrays' design will be greatly influenced by the site and by your goals for your system. SunPacific Solars' design team's primary objectives for all of our residential and commercial installations are determined by these important factors:

Aesthetics. Our goal is to come up with an award winning design for all of our customers. While this may not always be possible, we design systems tailored to enhance your residential or commercial installation's physical characteristics. A great example of this concept is installing solar modules to cover a trellis, carport or walkway (this is a win/win solution providing energy, shade and protection from the elements).

Maximum Production. SunPacific Solar Electric's design parameters are demanding. We are discriminating in the solar components that we sell and install. SMA inverters and SunPower module systems that we recommend, are Industry leaders that are consistently raising the bar for longevity, efficiency and aesthetics. You deserve a Solar array that produces maximum power and recoups maximum financial benefits.

Economic payback. SunPaific Solar Electric designs Solar electric systems that to produce maximum power per square foot. With most module manufacturers a typical array requires 100 square feet to produce 1,000 watts (1.0 kilowatt) of DC power. SunPower's newest generation of high efficiency modules combined with SMA's high efficiency inverters require one third less installation area, or less than 70 square feet for 1,000 watts generated. The result of this increased power and efficiency is a higher rebate on you system installation and lower electric bills, allowing you to spend your money on something other than energy costs.
Installing a SunPacific Solar system today allows you to freeze your electric rate at today's energy prices and guard against the inevitable electric rate increases and spikes. Rates of return on a Solar investment of 10% to 15% are common. if you finance your system, your loan costs are usually equal to or slightly higher than your current monthly utility bill savings.

Additionally, HUD and Real Estate industry analysts agree that your home's value will increase by more than the cost of the Solar Electric system without adding to your property taxes (Solar Electric systems are exempt from property taxation).
